Are there any precautions for use?
Please refer to the ingredients and do not consume if you have allergies. In rare cases, this product may not be suitable for you depending on your physical condition or constitution. If this occurs, discontinue consumption. If you are taking medication or currently receiving medical treatment, please consult your doctor before consuming this product. Taking large amounts of this product will not cure any disease or improve your health. Please observe the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of infants and young children.
What is the recommended dosage per day?
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with water or lukewarm water.
Does it contain any allergens?
Does not contain any allergens (28 items).
Do you use genetically modified ingredients?
Although the starch used is derived from corn, it is non-genetically modified.
Is it okay to drink this product while pregnant or breastfeeding?
As this is a health food, there is no problem, but as hormone balance is disrupted during pregnancy and breastfeeding, we recommend that you consult a doctor or midwife.
I am taking other medications. Is it okay to take them together?
There is no particular problem, but if you are taking prescribed medication, we recommend that you consult your doctor or pharmacist.
What is the expiration date?
The expiration date is two years from the date of manufacture. Please check the back of the package before consuming.

I want to know how to drink it

Does it contain caffeine?
It does not contain caffeine, so even those who are concerned about caffeine can consume it with peace of mind.
How should I store it?
Avoid high temperatures and humidity and store in a place out of direct sunlight.
What is the shelf life?
The shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture. Please check the label on the back of the package before consuming. Please consume as soon as possible (within 1 month) after opening.
Is it possible to drain water?
It is possible, but the flavor will tend to be weak. We recommend either brewing it with boiling water as usual, then letting it cool down to room temperature and then chilling it in the refrigerator, or brewing it stronger and serving it with ice.
Is it safe for children to drink?
Do not use on infants. Please be aware that small children may choke on the material.
I am taking medication, is it okay to take this medicine?
Since this is a food product, there is no problem. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor or pharmacist before consuming this product.
How many calories are there?
Each cup contains approximately 35 calories.
About Shipping
I want to change or cancel an order
If you purchase a single item, we will begin shipping the item and we will not be able to cancel or change your order once it has been placed.
I want to have the item delivered to a location other than my home and pay for it myself.

I haven't received an order completion email
After placing your order, we will send you the following email from our online store.

How long will it take for my product to arrive after I place my order?
Your order will usually be delivered within 4 to 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping email to your registered email address.
Please note that it may take longer to deliver your order depending on the time of year, before and after long holidays, busy delivery periods, weather, and order status.
The product I ordered has not arrived or the wrong product has arrived
If you have not received the product you ordered, or if the product you received is different from the product you ordered, please contact us using the inquiry form .
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping costs are a flat rate of 700 yen (1000 yen for remote islands and Okinawa).
Free shipping for purchases over 3,500 yen (tax included).
Can I specify the delivery date and time?
You can specify a delivery date and time from 6 business days after the order date (excluding weekends and holidays). Please enter your desired delivery date and time in the "Order Instructions/Notes" section on the cart screen.
Please note that if we are unable to respond due to order status or other reasons, we will contact you via the email address you registered.
I want to change the delivery address
If you have a subscription contract, you can change your delivery address on your My Page.
If you purchase a single item, we will begin shipping the item and we will not be able to cancel or change your order once it has been placed. Please be sure to enter the correct delivery address.
I want to know how to pay
We accept various credit cards (VISA/JCB/MASTER/AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and bank transfers (single item orders only). *JCB is currently in preparation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your patience.
I want to change my payment method
Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method after your order has been placed.
By when do I need to pay?
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please complete the transfer within 7 days of completing your order. Your order will be shipped once we have confirmed that the payment has been completed. Please note that if we are unable to confirm the payment within the deadline, your order will be automatically canceled.
I want to change the credit card I use for payment.
Customers who have signed up for a regular subscription can change their credit card information from their My Page.
Please note that for customers purchasing individual items, we cannot change the payment method after the order has been completed.

Can you deliver overseas?
Sorry, we are currently unable to ship products internationally.

I want to return or exchange an item
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged, soiled, or defective, or if the product delivered is different from the one you ordered, please contact us via the contact form within 7 days.
We will cover the return shipping and handling fees and send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
